Refund Policy

All sales final — no refunds

All purchases made through YOKKAO Events are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, injury, illness, missed weigh-ins, declined match-ups or any other reason. This applies to:

• Athlete registrations, including Technical Sparring fees at any price tier (Early Bird, Regular or Late)
• Amateur division registrations (these are free, and remain non-transferable)
• Registration bundles with YOKKAO gear (shorts and workout tees)
• Spectator tickets and VIP tables
• Corner coach passes

Pre-ordered gear

Gear in registration bundles (shorts and workout tees) is a custom pre-order, produced to order based on each athlete's size. Pre-ordered merchandise is never refundable — including if the registration itself is cancelled or the athlete does not compete.

Gear pick-up

Gear included in registration bundles is picked up in person at the event check-in desk on fight day — nothing is shipped. Bundles not collected at the event are forfeited; they are not refundable or shippable afterwards.

Postponed or cancelled events

If YOKKAO postpones or cancels an event, registered athletes and ticket holders are contacted directly by email with the options for that event. Contact the team any time via the contact page with questions about a specific event.

YOKKAO store purchases

Products bought from the YOKKAO store (yokkao.com) are not part of YOKKAO Events and follow the store's own returns policy.
