Technical Sparring Rules
Controlled technical sparring for all ages. No winners, no losers — just learning, progression, and ring experience under the YOKKAO OPEN banner.
Technical Sparring is open to everyone — no amateur or pro status required. You enter the Technical Sparring rankings only once you register for a Technical Sparring event, which sets your Control Rank and weight category.
